- **Service Rating:** Shows the ratings for that particular carrier service as reported by customers.  
- **Charge Details Tool Tip:** Shows a breakdown of charges based on the shipment selected.

- **Change Shipping From Address**  
- **Change Shipping To/Shipment Destination Address**  
- **Residential Address:** This is used to indicate to the carrier the destination for residential deliveries.

## Saved Quote Page

**Actions Buttons:**  
- **Create Shipment:** Allows you to recreate the shipment using the saved options.  
- **Keep Saved Quote:** Creates the shipment while keeping the original quote intact.

## My Pickups Help Page

- **Scheduled Pickups:** Displayed here are any pickups that are scheduled and pending.  
- **Missed Pickups:** Any pickups that have been missed will be listed for your review.
